Hamilton Mercantile

You’re missing out if you haven’t been to Hamilton Mercantile yet. We always pop in — we love the sea salt rosemary bread (it never lasts long at our house), the fresh meats, and especially the sausage!

The coffee bar is one of my favorite parts. They’ve got a full menu, but I almost always go for whatever seasonal drink they’re featuring. The gingerbread latte and matcha with warm spices? So good. And their walk-up window opens at 7am — perfect if you’re out for a jog or dropping the kids off and need a little pick-me-up.

The whole vibe inside is just… Western Loudoun in a nutshell. Local flowers, pottery, cheese, honey, you name it — all from nearby farms and makers we know and love. It’s cozy, friendly, and you’ll probably encounter someone you know.
