Set on the Zurschmeide family’s 400-acre working farm, it skips the commercial taproom vibe in favor of open-air lawn seating, stone patios, and quiet mountain breezes. The taps run on a true “plow-to-pint” philosophy, using ingredients grown right on the mountain for seasonal fruit ales, pumpkin brews, and their signature Tart 31 Cherry Ale.
